Ruffle sleeves made of a knit tshirt like fabric. Hem of the sleeves are raw, but curls under. It honestly looks prettier like this than a regular hem!
***All Thrifted Upcycles are pre-owed, Washed, dried and reworked. Although pre-owned all shirts have been looked over meticulously and are in very good condition. All panels have been bonded and sewn on and can be washed and dried as normal.
